Amade Fruits GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the producer organization OPST and is responsible for the marketing of all conventional products of our contract-growers.

Family-run farms works with dedication in a wonderful natural landscape, where the unique micro-climate gives the traditional "fresh-juicy-austrian" apples their special taste.

With a lot of commitment and efforts we bring this "masterpiece of nature" with transparent structures on the market and want to convince our customers every day of this excellent quality.

Producer Organisation

From cultivation to the finished package, all process steps are led and accompanied by the producer organization!
Transparency along the entire value chain is just as important to us as clear structures that allow a direct exchange between market and production.

Taste & Quality

The special climate of our region makes our fruit particularly tasty and ensures an intensive coloring of the fruits.
Alpine, Mediterranean and Pannonian climate influences meet here and create together with the nutrient-rich volcanic earth a unique biotope where the apple can develop perfectly.

Storing & Grading

State-of-the-art, product-sensitive storage technology ensures the apples are available all year round.
From storage to sorting our fruits are inspected by professionals and optimally cared for. Much experience in maturing and newest technology guarantee the highest product quality.

High flexibility

With modern plant technology and optimized processes, we guarantee efficient, customer-oriented work.
More than 150 employees provide great dedication to hand-picked top quality every day. Individual packaging and special clothing are promptly implemented by us.

Integrated quality-management

The Integrated Quality Management System (IMS) of OPST Obst Partner Steiermark GmbH unites product safety from the tree to the store with efficiency in the process flows.
All steps are monitored by a seamless process management and continuously checked with the latest analysis technology!

our growers

Around 300 contract growers produce according to strict production guidelines in harmony with nature! Our fruit growers and their families do a great job! From apple to plum high quality fruit is produced with much love and passion.

traceability

Through seamless goods management, we can check the path of the apple from the tree to the package and vice versa at any time. With a central system for our farmers we are able to monitor the work in the orchards, furthermore with our own residue monitoring, we can also guarantee you maximum product safety.

For even more than 35 years we have launched the "fresh-juicy-austrian" apples, which is the most famous fruits brand in Austria.
With "Amade" we have sucessfully launched an export oriented brand for our well popular fresh fruits, Made in Austria!

our warehouse

In our warehouse in Wollsdorf we are handling 35,000 tons of apples, pears and other fresh-fruits. All processes that are necessary to bring our Styrian apples from the tree to the customer, are done by us completely self-sufficient.

packaging

We sort, assemble and package a wide variety of fruit in our modern packing stations according to your individual requirements. An optical top product in an appealing look ensures a repeat purchase and we make every effort on our part.

logistics

We work together with powerful logistics partners and bring your product reliably and punctually to the POS. Picking up the goods at the ramp is just as possible as full service logistics to a large number of destinations throughout Europe.
